Naomoto Ujiie, played by Daiwa Kawachi, is one of the three Mino retainers. He has a poor relationship with Ryūkyō and feels a sense of crisis because his admonitions are not heeded.

This 65th taiga drama depicts the heart of the Sengoku period. It portrays the miracle of the Toyotomi brothers, who achieved the great feat of unifying the realm through strong bonds. The protagonist is Toyotomi Hidenaga, the younger brother of the ruler.

While history has no “what ifs,” it’s said that “if Hidenaga had lived longer, the Toyotomi clan’s rule would have been secure.” From Hidenaga’s perspective as the world’s greatest aide, this is a tumultuous entertainment dynamically depicting the Sengoku era.
