Police in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture, have re-arrested a 24-year-old junior high school teacher on suspicion of s3xually assaulting a 14-year-old boy whom he knew.
The arrest warrant alleges that the incident occurred between 8:15 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. on July 3 last year, in a car parked in a parking lot in Toyokawa City, NTV reported.
Police said Ryo Watanabe, a teacher at Ichinomiya Junior High School, has admitted to the allegation. The incident came to light after a complaint was filed by a relative of the boy.
According to police, between February and April of this year, Watanabe was arrested three times by Kagawa Prefectural Police on suspicion of violating the Child Prostitution and P0rnography Prohibition Law, and subsequently indicted.
Watanabe was also arrested in May for allegedly committing indecent acts against another 14-year-old male middle school student.
