Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre Reportedly End Relationship After Less Than a Year

American singer-songwriter and actress Teyana Taylor and British actor Aaron Pierre have reportedly ended their relationship after dating for less than a year.

According to Page Six, the Straw actress, 35, and the Rebel Ridge star, 31, have gone their separate ways, though the cause of their split remains unclear.

The pair first sparked romance rumors in February, when they were spotted together at the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala in Los Angeles. A few weeks later, they appeared side by side at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Their chemistry soon became public when Pierre made a cameo in the trailer for Taylor’s 2025 album Escape Room, sharing an on-screen kiss with the singer.

By June, Taylor made their relationship Instagram official, posting a heartfelt birthday message to Pierre on his 31st birthday. The couple continued to make appearances together, including at the BET Awards in Los Angeles.

Speaking about Pierre in an interview with Complex, Taylor described her partner as “very gentle,” adding that he made her feel “warm, safe, and not in survival mode.” Pierre also praised Taylor at a panel for her album launch, saying, “Teyana is really one of one.” The pair often matched outfits while promoting Escape Room, which later earned Taylor a Grammy nomination.

While the reason for their breakup hasn’t been revealed, reports indicate that both stars have quietly moved on from the relationship.
