Tekashi 6ix9ine was given a three-month prison sentence for violating his probation!
At his sentence on Friday, Tekashi 6ix9ine received a tremendous break! The judge granted the feds’ request for the rainbow-haired rapper to serve merely three months in prison for a variety of probation violations!
During Tekashi’s sentencing in federal court in New York City on Friday, the judge called him a “dumpster fire” and noted that the infraction always carries a prison sentence. However, the judge chose not to punish him.
His report date is now January 6, 2026. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the same court granted him conditional parole because he believed better decisions would be made, but it doesn’t seem like they have.
6ix9ine has been on probation since coming home in 2020 after his highly profiled racketeering case involving the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, where he testified against them after claiming they double-crossed him.
Feds raided Tekashi’s property earlier this year when they recovered the drugs. At least he’ll have about 90 days to sober up now!!!
