Japan: Cross-dressing man arrested for entering women’s changing room at bathhouse

A 22-year-old male was taken into custody by Nagoya police after he entered the women’s changing area at a public bathhouse.

TBS reported that the guy, a vocational school teacher, visited the bathhouse’s changing room in Nakagawa Ward for almost half an hour starting at around 10 a.m. on Saturday, according to police. He had on a face mask, wig, and skirt.

A male facility employee was alerted by a lady in the room who suspected him. When the man emerged from the changing room, he was arrested and kept until the police arrived.

The man reportedly told police, “I didn’t go in to see naked women.”
