Kumamoto: Man detained after informing a convenience shop employee that he had raped and attacked a hotel guest
Authorities in Tamana City, Kumamoto Prefecture, said on Sunday that they had taken into custody a 20-year-old jobless male who was suspected of robbing and sexually abusing a 20-year-old lady at a Kumamoto City hotel.
Kumamoto Broadcasting Corp stated that the incident happened in the hotel in Nishi Ward at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, according to police.
The lady works part-time for an adult services organization that sends women to customers. According to the police, Fuki Nagao, a resident of Yamaga City, reportedly sexually abused her, tied her wrists and ankles, and took her wallet, which contained roughly 30,000 yen.
Following the event, Nagao boarded a train to Tamana City and left the hotel. He stated to a convenience shop worker that he was guilty of a crime in Kumamoto City. Nagao stayed in the store until the police arrived and took him into custody after the employee notified the police.
According to the police, Nagao has acknowledged taking the woman’s wallet, smartphone, and binding her wrists and ankles, but he has denied sexually abusing her, claiming that the encounter was consensual.
The woman works for an adult entertainment organization, and the police claim that they received a report of an incident involving an employee and a customer.
