Kyle Chrisley, Son of Todd and Julie Chrisley, Arrested in Tennessee on Multiple Charges

According to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, Chrisley was taken into custody Saturday evening around 7 p.m. and later booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. His charges include domestic assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, three counts of assaulting a first responder, and resisting arrest.

Authorities also filed three charges of retaliation for past actions, suggesting Chrisley may have threatened or harmed someone in connection to prior incidents. Officials have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the arrest.

This marks another run-in with law enforcement for Chrisley, who was previously arrested just over a year ago for aggravated assault. Following that incident, he filed a $1.7 million lawsuit against Rutherford County and two deputies, claiming he was unlawfully arrested.

The latest legal trouble comes the same year Chrisley’s parents, Todd and Julie, were pardoned by former President Donald Trump after being convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion.
