Even with frostbite, there is no sufficient treatment other than a short break, and only if the symptoms are severe, replacement personnel are arranged and removed from the work.
Despite the growing dissatisfaction of the assault officers in this situation, the attitude of speed is still being maintained on the ground. Even among local residents, there is widespread skepticism about the development of tourist areas itself, saying that the main users after completion are limited to foreign tourists and executives, and the benefits to the general population are poor.
