The promoter claims the band scrapped the show on-site, citing an “inadequate” venue, but really due to Depp’s hospitalization for unspecified “personal reasons.” Despite demands, no refund came, leaving them financially hit and reputationally damaged in the industry.

In response filings, the band demands dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction, arguing the Texas court lacks authority over the European dispute.
