Georgia and Ole Miss face off in a top-10 showdown during Week 8 of the college football season.
ESPN’s “College GameDay” will be on tap for the top SEC matchup of the week, with the No. 5 Bulldogs looking to avoid their second loss of the season and the No. 7 Rebels looking to move to 7-0.
Ole Miss survived a scare in Week 7 from Washington State, as it pulled out a 24-21 win despite trailing 14-10 late in the third quarter. Coach Lane Kiffin said his team looked like the No. 84-ranked team in the country, not No. 4.
Georgia is looking to prove it is still a top contender for a SEC championship and College Football Playoff spot against Ole Miss, as the Bulldogs lost a home game to Alabama earlier in the season.
