Gay Porn Star Austin Wolf Sentenced to 19 Years for Child Sexual Exploitation; Faces Harsh Federal Restrictions

Gay adult film star Austin Wolf, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for multiple offenses involving child sexual exploitation. Following his prison term, Wolf will face 10 years of supervised release under strict federal conditions, including bans on viewing adult pornography without approval, no contact with minors, and no presence near child-centric places like schools and playgrounds.

Wolf pleaded guilty in June 2025 to enticing a minor and was convicted of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material, which included nearly 1,300 files featuring infants and toddlers. Court officials revealed that Wolf attempted to sexually exploit minors ranging from as young as seven years old and engaged in illegal sexual acts with underage victims.

After serving his sentence, the restrictions will subject Wolf to regular polygraph tests, mandatory mental health and outpatient treatment programs, drug and alcohol testing, and bans on using social media or chatrooms deemed harmful to his rehabilitation. Authorities also forbade any contact with his victims or anyone under 18 years old.

U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton condemned Wolf’s predatory behavior, highlighting the federal commitment to protecting children from sexual exploitation and keeping predators off the streets.

Wolf was initially arrested in April 2024 after a federal raid uncovered hundreds of videos of child pornography in his Manhattan residence. Besides his lengthy prison sentence, he was fined $40,000 as part of his conviction.
