Paramount Global In Discussions With Donald Trump To Settle ’60 Minutes’ Lawsuit
We can confirm that Paramount Global has been in extensive talks with Donald Trump’s team regarding a settlement to resolve his lawsuit against CBS over the editing of a 60-minute interview with Kamala Harris last year.
Although he was not involved in the 60-minutes piece, he sued the network for $10 billion under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which deals with false advertising in general.
