Adele Bursts into Tears as She Embraces Celine Dion

At her most recent performance, Adele is experiencing the affection of another musical legend!

Adele, 36-year-old singer of “Easy on Me” broke down in tears when she saw Céline Dion in the audience during her Saturday, October 26 residency event in Las Vegas.

A fan account on X (previously Twitter) shared a video of Adele performing her song “When We Were Young” and approaching Dion, 56, who was sitting in a box off to the side at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum.

Adele broke down in tears as they had a brief hug, and then she spoke to Dion while the Canadian singer cradled her face in her hands. The British singer then waved to fans seated close as Dion clutched and kissed Adele’s hand.

A closer angle of the touching moment, also posted on X, showed Adele getting tearful as she approached and hugged Dion, before walking away with tears visible on her cheeks. In the clip, Dion also appeared extremely emotional as she embraced and talked to her fellow singing icon. Yet another clip showed Dion sitting back down after her sweet moment with Adele and dabbing her own eyes.

The “My Heart Will Go on” singer appeared to have been joined by her two of her sons, Nelson and Eddy Angélil, 14, as both boys comforted their mother after her emotional encounter. One clip posted on X also showed Adele walking away from Dion and continuing to sing the track as she dabbed her tearstained face.
