King Charles III and Taylor Swift Offer Support to Southport Mass Stabbing Victims
On August 20, 2024, King Charles III traveled to Southport to meet with survivors and the families of those impacted by the horrific mass stabbing that happened on July 29 during a dance lesson with a Taylor Swift theme.
Three little girls, Bebe King, 6, Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, lost their lives in the attack. Ten additional people, including two adults, were injured. The attacker, Axel Muganwa Rudakubana, 17, is charged with several offenses, including attempted murder and murder.
