Kanye West’s ex-assistant sues him for sexual harassment.
Kanye West, the renowned rapper and fashion mogul, is facing a lawsuit from his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who alleges sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Pisciotta claims that during her employment from July 2021 to October 2022, West subjected her to explicit texts, pornographic photos and videos, masturbation during phone conversations, and inappropriate questions about her boyfriends’ penis sizes.
She also alleges that West once trapped her in a private room on his plane and pleasured himself in front of her.Pisciotta is seeking $3 million in damages due to emotional distress and claims that West failed to pay her a promised $3 million severance package after terminating her employment.
She was initially hired as an “executive assistant/personal assistant” with an annual salary of $1 million, on the condition that she be available to him “24/7”. Pisciotta had already been making $1 million a year from her OnlyFans modeling, but West allegedly asked her to delete the account in 2022, promising an additional $1 million in compensation
This lawsuit is not the first time West has faced allegations of sexual misconduct in the workplace. In November 2022, a Rolling Stone article reported that former Yeezy employees claimed West played pornographic films during staff meetings, discussed pornography, and showed an intimate photograph of his then-wife, Kim Kardashian, during job interviews.
, West is facing a separate lawsuit filed in April 2024 by a former employee who alleges “severe discrimination, harassment” while working for the Yeezy brand and at his Donda Academy school. West has not responded to either of these allegations.
The Pisciotta lawsuit comes amidst a series of controversies surrounding West, including his unapologetic antisemitic and anti-Black comments, as well as his recent loss of a contract with Adidas following his wearing of a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt and an antisemitic tirade on X. Despite these incidents, West continues his work on the Yeezey line in Italy, overseeing production alongside his wife, Bianca Censor
