So we find it very difficult to recover from such feelings,worry and intrusive thoughts, it results to post -traumatic stress disorder. Fear is a common fact because it deals with the primitive human emotions, it helps to build a response towards an occurance physical or psychological.
Everyone perceive fear differently and defines it base on how knowledgeable we are about fear..
The fact fear is natural, it create a mindset that need an immediate response. Sometimes when face with it, what it requires is action

Fear makes life interesting, it is that fun moments when you can’t control your physical and psychological state of mind.
